Q. How long is delivery?

A. We ship worldwide, so delivery times vary depending on where your order is being shipped to.  Please see DELIVERY page for further information.

 

Q. What is meant by processing time before dispatch?

A. Processing time is the length of time it takes for your order to be prepared and packed before dispatch. 

 

Q. Are your products cruelty free?

A. Yes all of our products our cruelty free. Always. 

 

Q. Are your products vegan friendly?

A. Yes, all of our loose mineral pigments and loose highlighters are vegan friendly.

 

Q. Do you offer Pro Membership?

A. Unfortunately not at present.

 

Q. Do you offer Student discount?

A. Unfortunately not at present.

 

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. Unfortunately no, all sales are final.  Please double check you order prior to confirmation and payment.

 

Q. How will I know if my order was successfully completed?

A. Once you have placed your order, you will receive confirmation immediately via email.  Please also check you junk mail.  Contact us at enquiries@ameliajasminemua.com if you do not receive confirmation within 1 hour. 

 

Q. How do I apply for PR?

A. My PR list is currently full; I am not taking any more PR for the foreseeable future.

 

Q. I want to hear about new product launches/when a product is back in stock; how can I do this?
